Video Tutorial

Steps to Log In

  1. Open the MetaTrader 4 app on your mobile device.

  2. Tap on "New Account" and then select "Log in to an existing account".

  3. In the search bar, type the name of the server assigned to you. You can find it in your welcome email or in your user portal: https://app.fxrk.com (Example: ICMarketsSC-Demo04)

  4. Enter your account details:

    • Login: your account number

    • Password: the MetaTrader password you received by email

  5. Tap "Login".

If the information is correct, your account will connect automatically and appear at the bottom of the app as "Connected", showing live ping and traffic data.

Common Errors When Connecting Your Account

  • Incorrect or incomplete server name

    • What happens: You see the message "Invalid account" or the connection fails.

    • Cause: A generic or incorrect server was selected, such as ICMarketsSC-Global instead of ICMarketsSC-Demo04.

    • Solution: Make sure you select the exact server name shown in your welcome email or user portal.

  • Incorrect login or password

    • What happens: The app does not allow you to log in.

    • Cause: Typing errors, incorrect characters, or extra spaces.

    • Solution: Copy and paste your account number and password carefully. Avoid adding any spaces. Also confirm you’re using the MetaTrader password, not the one for the user portal.

  • Unstable internet connection

    • What happens: The app displays "No connection" or fails to load.

    • Cause: MetaTrader is unable to connect due to network issues, a firewall, or antivirus restrictions.

    • Solution: Check your internet connection and ensure that no software is blocking the app. Try switching networks if necessary.
