To ensure security and transparency on our platform, FXRK recommends operating from a single device and one consistent IP address whenever possible.
Rules on IP Usage and Multiple Accounts
It is prohibited to create multiple accounts under the same name or to use false information.
If we detect multiple user accounts under the same IP, this will trigger an investigation for potential fraud.
The use of numerous IPs without geographic or logical consistency will also be treated as suspicious behavior.
Consequences for Violations
If irregular activity related to IP usage is identified, FXRK may take the following actions:
Warning: A notification will be issued if multiple IPs or accounts are detected under the same IP address.
Profit Adjustment: In the event of a violation, FXRK may reset your account and adjust any profits earned. If no profits were made, the account may not be restored.
Account Closure: In serious cases, the account will be closed with no right to withdraw any accumulated profits.
Exceptions and IP Changes
We understand that in some cases, you may need to trade from different devices or locations:
Make sure your IP region matches your usual location.
In the case of a significant IP change, FXRK may request travel proof, such as a flight ticket or passport stamp, to verify your identity.
Complying with these rules is essential to keep your account active and avoid penalties.
