Steps to Connect Your Account
Open the MetaTrader 5 app on your mobile device.
In the bottom navigation bar, tap on "Settings" (gear icon), located in the bottom right corner.
Select the option "New Account".
In the search field, type: FBS Markets Inc.
Make sure you select the exact server: each account has a server: FBS-Demo
Enter your account details:
Login: your account number
Password: the one you received by email or can find in your user portal: https://app.fxrk.com
Common Errors When Connecting Your Account
If you're having trouble logging into the MetaTrader 5 app, check the following common issues before contacting support:
Incorrect server selected:
What happens: The app displays an "Invalid account" message or denies access.
Solution: Make sure you've selected XM Global Limited in the search, and that the broker shown is the one that appears in the email or in the user portal.
Incorrect login credentials:
What happens: The app rejects your login attempt.
Solution: Double-check that you are entering your account number and password correctly. Avoid copying extra spaces at the beginning or end. You can find your credentials in the welcome email or in your user portal: https://app.fxrk.com
Unstable internet connection:
What happens: The app doesn't load or shows errors like "No connection".
Solution: Check your mobile or Wi-Fi connection. If the issue persists, try switching networks and ensure that MetaTrader has unrestricted internet access in your device's settings.
Outdated app version:
What happens: The app fails to log in or doesn't display some servers.
Solution: Make sure you have the latest version of MetaTrader 5 installed from the official store (Google Play or App Store).
