RISE FAQS

Updated over 2 weeks ago
  • I’m a new user and I already requested my payout. Is the RISE invitation sent automatically?

Yes, it’s sent automatically, but not immediately. Once your payout is approved, you will receive the RISE invitation by email. The invitation is not sent instantly and may take a little time to arrive.

  • How can I quickly find the RISE invitation in my email?

You can search for it using the subject line: “You've been invited to join Rise”.

We also recommend checking your Spam / Junk / Promotions folder (depending on your email provider), in case it was filtered there.

  • How long is the RISE invitation valid?

The invitation is valid for 48 hours. If it expires and you haven’t completed the registration, please contact FXRK support so they can resend it.

  • If I received the RISE invitation, can I sign up with a different email address?

No. You can only register using the same email address the invitation was sent to. If you need to change it, you’ll have to request it through support.

  • After I finish my registration on RISE, is the payment processed immediately?

No. Once you complete the registration and verification successfully, our payments team will process the payout within 1–2 business days, not including Saturdays and Sundays.

  • My payout is already approved, but I can’t find the RISE invitation. What should I do?

Check your Spam / Junk / Promotions folders and search for the subject line “You've been invited to join Rise”. If you still can’t find it, contact FXRK support so they can verify the delivery or resend the invitation.

  • Which registration type should I choose on RISE: Individual or Registered Business?

Choose Individual if you are registering as a private individual. Choose Registered Business only if you are registering as a company and you have valid business documentation.

  • What should I keep in mind to avoid failing the identity verification on RISE?

Make sure your ID document is valid (not expired), your photos are clear, taken in good lighting, not cropped, and that the information you enter matches your document exactly.

  • RISE is asking me for a Recovery Code. What is it for and what should I do with it?

It is a security recovery code. You must save it in a safe place, as you may need it in the future to recover access to your account.

  • What does the “You're all set” message mean, and what should I do next?

It means your account has been approved, but you may still have pending steps inside RISE. Log in to your account and complete the action items, including choosing your payment method.
